How do I cancel my Emme app subscription billed through my Apple account?

While we’re sad to see you leave Emme, we want to make the cancellation process frustration free. Please see the steps below to cancel your subscription. We’ll try our best to keep this post as current as possible. If you have any questions, please reach out at support@emme.com

Lets walk you through 5 easy steps that answer the question: How do I cancel my Emme app subscription billed through my Apple account / Apple ID?

On your iPhone, go to the main Settings 
iPhone home screen

STEP 2 OF 5
Tap on your Profile picture

STEP 3 OF 5
Tap Subscriptions
...
STEP 4 OF 5
Tap Emme for more information or to cancel.
...
STEP 5 OF 5
Select “Cancel Subscription” to cancel your Emme subscription.

Apple will stop the recurring monthly subscription charge for Emme and your Emme account will be closed on the last day of your billing cycle. 


Please note:
If you cancel your Emme subscription, your Emme account and all data you have recorded in the Emme app is permanently deleted from Emme. The account and data are not recoverable.
